Female's with confirmed kills, or killed

Hi Guys

Hope you don't mind my intrusion from the Historic Forum, but i'm putting together a presentation regarding the contribution women have made to military aviation since WW2, and one aspect of this is, i need to know if there are, or have been any confirmed kills by female pilots since the obvious successes by the Russian women pilots in the Second World War ?

Converseley, have any female military pilots fallen victim to their adversaries ?

Thankyou in anticipation

Ethipoian female Su-27 Pilot (Capt. Aster Tolossa) downed an Ertriean MiG-29UB with cannon fire on 26 Feb 1999. First jet air-to-ait kill by female.

i think the Ethiopian example is just about it for a female with confirmed kills for modern air combat.

since we're on women pilots, i found this posted by bobcat

I don't believe any women have shot down any aircraft in US
fighters, but we've had numberous women flying combat missions
over Afghanistan and Iraq.

There's a B2 with a female pilot and copilot - called the
"unmanned stealth bomber".

Also, quite a few female A10 pilots. A couple of them are over
here in NC. Cute ones, too. I remember one little blond girl's
callsign was "killerchick". One of these girls was shot up over
Iraq, and managed to land the A10 safely with just manual
controls - something it wasn't meant to do. The manual controls
were just meant to allow the pilot to bring the crippled aircraft
closer to base before ejecting, as it only controls the trim control
surfaces. Tough girl.

Gotta like the idea of a girl pioting a warthog...

There were a few F14 pilots dropping bombs over Afghanistan.

I wonder how the terrorists would feel if they knew they were
being bombed by a woman.

didn't she downed her own instructor? I thought there's more to that shooting then simple engagement and then one came out as the winner.
