I always thought AGS meant Aircraft General Spares
You can also add to the list: HDA = High Duty Alloy This is sometimes found stamped on aircraft parts. We have a window frame of Whitley N1521 with these letters stamped in it. It took me some time to find out what it actually meant. Cheers Cees |
